Limitless Possibilities with Kinect Technology

Using the Kinect, The Hand Creative Technology was able to create a pseudo green-screen / motion-capture app without the bulky green-screen!

The Darth Vader mask is overlayed on top of the user’s face in real-time, while the black cape is placed on a separate layer BEHIND the user and in FRONT of the background. Darth’s lightsaber only turns on when the user raises his right hand for 10 seconds.
